The Maestro Circle is Discover Classical’s group of donors who have informed the station staff that they have included the station in their estate plans by making a planned gift.
The decision to trust and honor an organization with a bequest or other type of planned gift should be made carefully, and at Discover Classical we understand the significance of this choice. This is why we have partnered with The Dayton Foundation in order to make sure that you have the best resources available to you to for your charitable giving.
Making a planned gift to Discover Classical is very simple. Most people simply choose to name the station in their will or trust, but you can also use assets such as stocks, bonds, certificates of deposit, or real estate for your charitable gift. Some other options are Charitable Remainder Trusts, Charitable Lead Trusts, and Charitable Gift Annuities, or simply name Discover Classical as a beneficiary of your IRA, pension plan, retirement funds, or life insurance policy.
A planned gift to Discover Classical is a wonderful way to make a lasting contribution to the station without affecting your current financial security and freedom, and may offer a variety of income tax benefits. Your gift can be kept anonymous or be recognized in the Maestro Circle according to your preference, and you will only be publicly listed with your permission.
