Discover Classical has a new member portal where contributing members can view their giving history, update their payment methods and contact information, print tax receipts, get the latest membership news, and more. Create or log in to your member portal account here.
What can I do with the member portal?
To update the mailing address, phone number, or email address where you would like to be contacted, sign in to your account here, select “My Account” from the main menu, and click on “Personal Information.”
If the credit card you use to pay your pledge changes or is getting ready to expire, you can update your card information in the member portal. To do so, log in here, select “My Account” from the main menu, and click on the “Stored Payment Info” button. On the “Stored Payment Info” page, you can update or add a card and assign it to any current pledges.
To view your giving history, sign in to your account here, select “My Account” from the main menu, and click on “Current and Past Pledges.” On this page, you can see any pledges you have made in the last five calendar years. Click the “View Details” button beside any pledge for more information, such as the payment method and installment payment dates.
To download a tax receipt, sign in to your account here, select “My Account” from the main menu, and click on “Tax Receipt.” On this page, use the dropdown to select the tax year, then click “Execute.” This will create a tax letter that you can download by clicking “Generate PDF.”
Members will soon be able to receive gift acknowledgments and renewal letters by email instead of snail mail. If you would like to opt in to receive these communications by email, sign in to your account here, select “My Account” from the main menu, and click on “Contact Preferences.” On this page, click “Change Information” to view all available options and update your preferences.
If you’re interested in becoming more involved with Discover Classical, tell us through your member portal! Sign in to your account here, select “My Account” from the main menu, and click “My Interests.” On this page, click “Change Information” to see a list of options, such as being on air, volunteering, and attending station events.

How do I set up my member portal account?
Step 1: Go to the account signup page.
Step 2: Fill out and submit the form.
Step 3: A member of our team will review your account request for approval within two business days. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that you can access your online account using the username and password you created at signup.
